TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read carefully the following terms & conditions as they set out the basis upon which you can visit and use the www.aedor.co.uk. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and we advise you to read them each time that you use the site.

ORDERS

When you place an order with us, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any part of these terms and conditions, you should contact us before placing an order with us on info@aedor.co.uk.

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to AEDØR to purchase the goods outlined in your order upon the terms described in your order. Carriage charges will be shown prior to completion of your order. Free delivery is available on orders where the goods cost more than £50 (mainland UK only).

When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. This information is required in order to process your request or inform you of acceptance of your order. We use secure payment facilities for online purchases (details are contained in our Privacy Policy). A contact phone number is needed so that we can get in touch if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you inform us otherwise, provide our couriers with your contact phone number in case they need to reach you to arrange the delivery of your order.

After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

Please note that we will not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:

• If the product you ordered is out of stock

• We are unable to authorise your payment

• If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error

• If customers do not reach any order criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions

• If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control including hazardous weather and accidents.

Should there be an issue with your order, we will contact you either by email. Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 30 working days of receiving the parcel.

AEDØR reserves the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any point. Please note that whilst we will make every effort and reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any information that you supply when accessing or ordering from the AEDØR website.

We aim to despatch goods within 2 working days of your order and delivery will be within 2-3 working days of despatch (depending on your location). A signature may be required where a courier service has been used.

By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our Website Terms of Use below and our Privacy Policy.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Should you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please contact us on info@aedor.co.uk.

PRODUCT PRICING & DESCRIPTIONS

Every product bought is sold subject to its product description which outlines any further specific conditions that relate to that product including, without restriction, terms and conditions regarding approximate delivery dates/times, after-sales support and guarantees.

We undertake all reasonable care to ensure that all the details, prices and descriptions of website products are accurate at the time when the appropriate information was entered onto our system. Whilst we endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date and accurate as possible, there may be rare occasions when the information on the website (including product descriptions) at a certain time may not reflect the position exactly at the point an order is placed. Please note that we are unable to confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in line with our order acceptance conditions.

All prices quoted on the website are in GBP and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

AEDØR reserves the right to amend or change product and/or packaging. Colour finishes and print may differ due to the limitations of printing and reproduction.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the purchased goods are appropriate for the intended purpose.

RETURNS POLICY

We want our customers to be delighted with each online purchase, but if you change your mind after you receive your AEDØR website order, we are happy to help. Purchases can be returned within 30 days of receipt and for hygiene and safety reasons must be unopened and in their original packaging. To arrange your return please contacts at info@aedor.co.uk where we will authorise your return and provide shipping instructions for the return of your purchase.

Purchases must be returned with care using all the original packaging or a suitable alternative. The item/s are your responsibility until they reach us. Please note that unless the goods are faulty, return shipping and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility and the original postage costs will not be refunded.

Upon receipt of your return, on the same working day we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original purchaser’s method of payment through PayPal. For an exchange we will despatch a replacement promptly, dependant on stock availability.

If your AEDØR purchase arrives and it is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@aedor.co.uk. After confirming that a product is faulty or damaged we will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions for returning your purchase at our expense.

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the product and the original postage cost to the original purchaser’s method of payment through PayPal on the same working day we receive the returned goods. For an exchange we will despatch a replacement on the same working day we receive the returned goods, dependant on stock availability.

Faulty or damaged purchases must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

All rights, including copyright, in the content of the AEDØR web pages and promotional material are owned or controlled by AEDØR. In accessing AEDØR web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store (in any medium), transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of the AEDØR web pages for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of AEDØR.

VISITOR CONDUCT

With the exception of personally identifiable information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any material you send or post to this Website shall be considered non-proprietary and not confidential. Unless you advise to the contrary we will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material for any and all purposes.

When using this website you shall not post or send to or from this Website any material for which you have not obtained all necessary consents, is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom.

SITE DOWNTIME

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and, other technical issues. Therefore, we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

We cannot be held responsible for AEDØR goods displayed on third party websites or any other written material. We cannot be held responsible for the reliability of prices stated in third party shopping directories or through any other third party website or other selling platform.
